Ouch!

I had great plans for today's post. But I tell you, life does keep getting in the way. As I was bending over to give my Mom a goodbye hug yesterday something went "ping" in my back. And after sitting in the truck for the 5 hour drive down, I could barely move. When we got home I took a muscle relaxant.......wow! Do they ever make you relaxed. Gar had to wake me up 4 times just to get me to move from the couch. So here I am, hobbling off to the Chiropractor to get repaired. And all my wonderful photos that I want to share with you sitting on the camera, because I can't bend down right now to reach the USB port. LOL. As soon as I can get mobile again, I will be back, no pun intended!

  1. Aww... that stinks! I hope you get to feeling better soon. Nothing is worse than back pain! (Except maybe tooth pain!)

  5. Strange that -- I spent the day yesterday with muscle spasms in my back, hugging my bottle of muscle relaxants. Must be that time of year. :) I hope your back is better soon so we can see those pics!

  11. Uh oh... the dreaded *ping*...
I hope your chiroprator gets you all sorted out and that you feel like new again!
Mine keeps telling me that regular visits will keep the pings and pangs away and from happening in the first place - but I always forget until something goes out again. *sigh*

I hope you feel better soon !

  13. Hope you feel better soon, an injured back is so frustrating and debilitating. Never realize how many muscles are interconnected to your back till you injure it.

It's far too early in the season to be falling victim to such calamities! I hope all is well and that the Chiro's magic fingers will let you get your green thumbs back into the garden and onto the keyboard again soon. Take care my friend!

  18. Ooh, that sounds painful - hope the chiro can do the trick and sort you out. If not, try some Tiger Balm rub, it works wonders!

Don't rush back to the gardening though - it's not going to go anywhere and your health is more important than a neat garden! :)

  19. Thanks all, who has ever heard of someone hurting their back, bending down to hug their MOM?

    What can I say?
