Wednesday Words

"If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change."
Kind of makes you think doesn't it?

  1. I love this quotation... just imagine the almost unbearable beauty of the world if we could!

My post is scheduled to go up tomorrow morning 6 am our time!

  2. Thanks for hosting 'Wednesday Words' Jen! I really enjoy your posts (all of them, of course!) and those of the other participants for WW. Tying quotes, poems, and other 'words' with photographs has been a joy for me--and I thank you for inspiring me to do that with Wednesday Words!

  4. Yes it does. And maybe in 'stopping to smell them' we can be still enough to appreciate the miracle. x

  9. I totally agree with this point of view...pun intended. I think any of us who are attracted to macro photography do this on a regular basis...even if we don't have the cameras to back us up (yet).

BTW, I saw your comment over at In a Soft Light and I think this colour choice is perfect for your space. I love the colour she's using today and HAVE painted it on my bedroom wall. *wink*

  11. We just have to slow down and enjoy the present. Sound simple, yet, sometimes I find it not so easy to do.

  12. Yes, but I believe there are many small miracles all around us that we overlook in our daily hustle and bustle..we'd all be better people and our world so much better if we could see them all..but definitely the flower would be a great start...if only..
    Have a great weekend!
