It’s snowing up here like the dickens, or is that the chickens? [That’s a chicken farm, where

they raise chicks.

Not sure how much is coming but it’s a lot of snow.

  5. I figured we already have a lot of snow up here, and I was more than happy to share! So I've sent it by air mail so you might get it in time for Christmas! (snicker).... be safe! Cheers!

  6. Beautiful photos. I love the one of the gate/fence. Also the blue hives really stand out against the white. It's nice to see the snow but I don't like the snowy/icy roads until they are salted/sanded. Have a great day!

  7. Lucky Ducks. It is very dry here and very cold. I like the color bee hives against the winter landscape. Although we hate winter roads, we hate drought worse. Beautiful winterscapes.

  8. ...and goodbye honey bees. How do they survive the winter? do they hibernate? Yeah, they must.

I love that barn photo, Jen! It's especially great because you captured the road and the hills behind (or are those mountains?)

  11. The unexpected pop of color in your photos is wonderful (the bee hives, the barns). It is color that makes the long winter bearable.

  12. It's very snowy here this morning too Jen, hello winter indeed! The birds are flocking to the feeders and the sun is just peeking over the hillside. Lovely pictures as always, stay warm my friend! Deb

  16. Okay, I'm jealous. I grew up in the interior of the province and miss the snowy scenes every winter. Love your photos.
