Jen, it's been such a long journey, but I'm so glad to read that you have found your new home! I know you miss the ocean there, but once spring comes, I'm sure it will begin to feel like home. I can't believe I missed this post and I'm only getting to read it 3 days late. Hooray for you both!!!! I knew you'd find the right home that just felt right. And you know what? If you'd bought a farm you wouldn't have any time to design and maintain a beautiful perennial garden because you'd be too busy being a farmer. Your boots will still get plenty muddy in a large garden doing what you love most. Trust me... I know... and my garden is a small one. :-)

I am just thrilled for you..setting down roots is a good thing where ever that may be..you can still get Muddy Boots..I am certain of that! My allergies give me fits too..tooooo many years in the Greenhouse will do that for you. We are plant free her at home..I have my plants outside and covet fresh cut flowers but it just isn't happening. I will put a vase on the patio in the summer.
