Jen girl we were so fortunate to have a good home inspector !
This nest was solid for the most part .. but we have done a lot of renovating (by pros for the most part .. phew !!) I think I can safely say the top 2 were adding the second bath downstairs and AC .. no one wants to see a menopausal woman in a heat wave without AC !
Your condo pictures are BEAUTIFUL !

Jen, I learned the hard way to make sure we have a home inspection and that the purchase was contingent upon what was discovered. The inspector would have found the bad carport roof and that the house was going to need a new a/c! Good luck. gail

What an adventure! I remember when I house hunted for a year..sometimes I just knew after walking in the door that it was not a house for me.
Some peoples clean is not my idea of clean..I can tell by the photos of the condo that your clean is like mine..and your place showed beautifully!
I have a duvet on our bed too..mine is green.

A couple of the kids once asked our opinion on homes before purchasing. The first thing they pointed out was how cute it was or loving the light in the rooms...until we pointed out the need to replace all the windows, insulate those ancient walls and replace the roof. Look at the water marks coming down the walls indicating leaks along the windows or roof somewhere...and the heat and water systems needed updating...carpets, flooring, paint has to come later.
The first time buyer beware...really beware.
